Watch-O-Mat was founded in 2009 by Adam Chein after 20 years in the watch and jewelry business, running the service departments of some of the country’s most prestigious stores including Govberg Watches in Philadelphia, Alpha Omega in Boston, Bailey Banks & Biddle and J.E. Caldwell in Philadelphia.  Adam is a graduate watchmaker of Gem City College School of Horology. 

Watch-O-Mat is a member of AWCI and NAWCC.

Watch-O-Mat is affiliated with master watchmakers who are located all over the United States. We do not post our address here because the shipping address for each individual repair is affected by the brand of the watch and the current workload of each of our affiliates.  If you would prefer to just send your watch directly to us we ask that you first call 877-WATCH-01 (877-928-2401) and we will give you the correct shipping location for your watch.
